The former website was quite sleek and full of all the bling but could not answer the simple question of functionality. Management and staff were quite disappointed that a "beautiful website could not cook".
And so, we set out to identify and analyse their customer engagement along the buyers journey. This was one high-brow project requiring us to meet international protocols for online engagements as their stakeholders were all around the globe.
Our strategy was a holistic ADDIE plan with lots of experiential modelling A/B variant testing and simulations.
The goal was singular, dedication has to be consistent and commitment unwavering.
The final product was as exciting as the cry of a new born baby. What was meant to be a one-off job has become the first of many tasks and we are just as excited about this relationship as our Principals. Thanks to the great team and synergy between Deepee and MasterVibz.
